Can I return a digital product?▼
Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

Can I return my physical order?▼
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first to get the correct return instructions.
How do refunds work?▼
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged?▼
Please email support@worldsneed.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
