Can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. Please contact support@worldsneed.com immediately with your order number.

I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact support@worldsneed.com with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.
Can I return a digital product?
Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return my physical order?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first to get the correct return instructions.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please email support@worldsneed.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
