Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from WorldsNeed. This policy covers your rights and responsibilities for both physical and digital products.

📦 Physical Products

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in sellable condition with tags (if applicable).
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at orders@worldsneed.com. Please do not send any products back without contacting us first.

Return Address: Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

💥 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, feel free to contact us.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–10 business days using your original payment method.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the posting.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you've not received your refund, please contact us at orders@worldsneed.com.

🖥️ Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • Refunds are only issued if the files are corrupted or fail to download properly.
